Our client, a technology logistics company, operates a system that actively ingests SAP data, continuously tracks items throughout the supply chain, and automatically sends notifications to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed about order progress.
As their order volume increased, they began searching for software that could handle greater scale, streamline their operations, and significantly reduce the amount of manual work required to manage their logistics workflows.

The project involved developing a custom software system tailored to the client’s needs, replacing their reliance on third-party software that had reached its capacity and scaling limits. The goal was to deliver a scalable, client-owned solution that met their specific requirements. Our team was tasked with managing the project from scratch, defining requirements, and prioritizing deliverables to ensure rapid deployment despite the absence of prior business analysis or solution architecture. PYGIO successfully delivered the application promptly and continues to maintain and enhance it with new features.
