Our client, Merchant Capital, provides loans to businesses and needed Xero integration to allow clients to automatically share authentic financial information. This diversified how clients could submit their financial data, offering a more secure and verifiable method that reduces MC’s exposure to fraud and risk.
Solution
The solution we engineered eliminated the bottleneck of manual information sharing. This improved the customer experience by reducing loan approval time. It also enhanced employee experience by removing the need for manual, repetitive data entry (the “swivel chair” effect).

The project centered on integrating Xero with Salesforce to streamline the onboarding process for businesses, enabling seamless upload and analysis of financial data within Salesforce. This integration empowered clients with enhanced data clarity, facilitating more informed decision-making through robust financial insights. The project was assigned to our team due to the in-house team's limited capacity, requiring a comprehensive business analysis, architecture design, and implementation under a tight deadline.
