As the platform evolved, gamifying the sales workflow required the addition of a workflow management feature.

Project overview
As part of the engagement, the PYGIO team conducted a full project analysis, including end-to-end business analysis and solution design, to ensure alignment with the intended MVP goals and timelines.
Business analysis & MVP design
The project aimed to deliver a minimum viable product comprising four key workflows designed to help monitor sales representatives’ activities. These included:
  1. Daily stand-up workflow
  2. Team name creation
  3. Net promoter score (NPS) survey
  4. Performance review flow

These flows were developed within a swim lane-based interface, allowing for clear task visibility, better user engagement, and simplified tracking of actions across each sales rep's journey.
