Going to the US is like saying you are going to 'Europe'. It really could mean anything unless you define which state and city you are in. For example, if you go to Europe, are you going to Saint-Tropez in France or are you going to Kharkiv in Ukraine?
I am leaving Kyiv this late afternoon on a train to Poland. I should arrive back in SA on Thursday. It has been a busy and productive time here and I saw many friends and took a lot in.
With The Great Resignation afoot, many large companies in South Africa, the US and globally are finding their staff churn rates go through the roof (or rather, out the door). This is a huge problem, perhaps one of the most devastating silent killers of any company.
