As the company continues to expand, it is also developing a leading data science service to enhance our product offerings. As part of this growth, they’re seeking a highly experienced and motivated DevOps to join their team and help drive their success.

Technology stack:

Github actions, AWS SAM, Codemagic. Infrastructure as code to be included: EC2, Lambda, RDS, Elasticache, S3, Glue, Route53, SSM, Appsync, API Gateway, Athena, CloudFront.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and Support Multi-Project Environment: Lead infrastructure development in a scalable multi-project setting, ensuring our technology scales seamlessly.
• Infrastructure Planning, Development, and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and test cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.
• Create and Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Design and deploy pipelines to ensure a fast and efficient transition from development to deployment.
• Automation Implementation: Drive automation implementation across the board, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention.
• Ensuring Security: Employ best security practices, safeguarding our infrastructure, data integrity, and compliance.
• Systems troubleshooting and problem-solving: Dive into system troubleshooting and contribute to creative problem-solving.

Must Have Skills:

• 4+ years of professional experience handling large-scale production systems.
• Knowledge of AWS or comparable cloud providers with certification.
• Experience designing new services on AWS or comparable cloud providers, migrating services to the cloud, and deploying new services on AWS or comparable cloud providers.
• Excellent knowledge of large-scale web applications/distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and/or cloud deployment technologies.
• Expertise in problem-solving and analyzing global-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking continuously challenges how and why we do things to help improve.
